Terms of Sale: All purchases made on the DRIPPYlikeDANNYweb site are subject to the following terms and conditions. DRIPPYlikeDANNY is an e-commerce site wholly owned and controlled by Chloe Castledine. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Accuracy of Information: DRIPPYlikeDANNY takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided on the website however, errors may occur. If you are in ANY doubt we recommend you contact us via e-mail with any questions you may have. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of these products. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Acceptance of Orders: By clicking on the [confirm order] button, you are acknowledging these terms. This, however, represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us by dispatching the goods to you. Receipt of an order via the website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. We reserve the right to amend any omissions or errors on any page or in any documents without liability on our part. You, as the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of any order made and for the giving of such necessary information relating to the sale terms and delivery.

EU Purchases & VAT: We are fully compliant with the new EU IOSS regulations and your sale price will include the relevant VAT for your country. You will not be charged any additional costs other than those you see at checkout.

Please note: For orders placed for delivery outside of the UK we are currently unable to pre-pay customs and VAT charges. You will be liable for any import incurred.

Purchases Outside the UK & EU, VAT and taxes: All purchases made from outside the UK or EU are Zero-rated for VAT, as per the UK HMRC instructions (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/vat-exports-dispatches-and-supplying-goods-abroad).   The purchaser may then be responsible for any additional charges as the item enters the destination country.

 

General Sales: All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. DRIPPYlikeDANNY will not ship goods until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards as well as PAYPAL.  We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

Selfie Terms: Entrants agree that DRIPPYlikeDANNY is entitled to use any of the submitted photos in subsequent publications, campaigns and promotions both online and offline anywhere in the world. By uploading photographs, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any  property rights in the photograph, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format the material for such purposes and assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and waive all moral rights, in and to your entry. All photographs submitted will become the property of the Promoter on receipt.
