Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can arrange a replacement. Any issues must be reported to me within 2 weeks for me to resolve this and any missing parcels must be reported within 30 days of ordering.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. You will then receive a return by your original payment method. I do not cover the cost of shipping and therefore you will only be refunded on the price you paid for your items, excluding shipping cost.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
